Lots of dance teachers get overwhelmed with stuff to do when organising their dance show, especially if it's their first one.
So, to take the stress out of one part of that organisation, we have put together a step by step guide to ordering your Show T-shirts.
And here's the thing, it's no-where near as difficult as it may seem. 🙂

Detailed Step by Step Guide:
1 - Send us your show design file: If you don't have one, or you're not sure of the format, send us what you do have or your ideas and our design team can help. There is a charge for artwork design, but if you have a print ready file already there is no charge.
2 - Choose t-shirt colour: This is an easy one. Choose a colour that fits with your brand and compliments your design. Avoid colours that are also in your design, for example if your show design has a lot of bright blue in it, choosing a bright blue t-shirt is not going to work.
3 - Collate your student orders. When you're happy with how your show t-shirt design will look, you can start collating your student orders. It's always a good idea to give students/parents an order/payment deadline that is in plenty of time for your show date, or pre-show photoshoot date. Typically this would be about 4 weeks before the date you need your students in their t-shirts.
Giving you time to collate the details/sizes/quantities and place your order and us to produce your order in plenty of time.
4 - Place and pay for your order: Email your order details to us and we'll produce your invoice and mockups for approval and payment. enquiries@purpleworkwear.co.uk
5 - Production & Delivery: Generally our lead times are 7 - 10 working days, (around two weeks) however, during the busy show season they are sometimes longer, so make sure you don't leave it until the last minute. We hate having to disappoint people when they leave it too late to order.
Take delivery of your lovely shiny new show t-shirts and hand them out to your students with loads of time to spare.
